Ruth A. Hughes is the Chief Human Resources Officer of CohesionForce. Mrs.
Hughes is responsible for the shaping of a people strategy that realizes the
company's business strategy and also the responsibility of Facility Security
Officer. Ruth joined the CFI team in 2009. She brings to the CFI team over
25 years of experience in defense contracting, functioning in areas such as
HR Generalist, Proposal Writing, Publications, Facility Management and
Facility Security Officer.
