Janet E. Phillips is the Chief Executive Officer of CohesionForce. Mrs. Phillips is responsible for the overall management of the corporation. She epitomizes today's professional woman and is responsible for the overall management of the corporation while giving back to the community. She saw a need for the services provided by CohesionForce, and has spent 10 years developing her vision. Today CohesionForce, under Janet's management holds contracts with many major defense contractors. She brings a diverse background of management skills. Her vision for the corporation drives the quality of CFI's products and services.

David R. Phillips
David R. Phillips is the Chief Technical Officer of CohesionForce. Mr.Phillips is responsible for the technical management of the corporation. His strong software analysis, design, and implementation background drives the corporation's research and development activities.
Chief Financial Officer
James E. Sutton
James E. Sutton is the Chief Financial Officer of CohesionForce. Mr. Sutton is responsible for the overall financial health of the corporation. His strong financial background when coupled with his technical skills brings a practical approach to financial management that enables the stable growth of the corporation. Additionally, he has performed financial analysis and leadership for several small businesses throughout his career. He has over forty-five years experience in the definition, analysis, development, testing, and deployment of software projects with the majority of the experience in defense related environments. He has provided leadership in the Systems Engineering, Software Development, and Software Integration phases of the project. Mr. Sutton was also responsible from proposal through deployment for projects that were developed for: USAF, NORAD, NASA, and other federal agencies.

Cristina H. Hinkle is the Chief Business Development Officer of CohesionForce. Ms. Hinkle is responsible for the strategic planning, business development, and marketing for the corporation. Her career reflects a strong commitment to the Huntsville/Redstone community and its organizations. She brings a diverse background of legislative and budgeting experience, as well as federal business development and strategic planning from both a large business and small business background.

Joni H. Hall is the Chief Administrative Officer of CohesionForce. Joni is responsible for the financial administration and the corporate office management. Joni joined the CFI team in 2003. Prior to CFI her experience included over 20 years of Long Term Healthcare Management of multiple facilities. Her background experience brings a diverse knowledge of corporate management to the CFI team.

Ruth A. Hughes
Ruth A. Hughes is the Chief Human Resources Officer of CohesionForce. Mrs. Hughes is responsible for the shaping of a people strategy that realizes the company's business strategy and also the responsibility of Facility Security Officer. Ruth joined the CFI team in 2009. She brings to the CFI team over 25 years of experience in defense contracting, functioning in areas such as HR Generalist, Proposal Writing, Publications, Facility Management and Facility Security Officer.
